POP Oi
    Organizational Intelligence

Understand how your candidates actually think

POP Oi maps cognitive strengths, decision-making styles, and natural work environments, giving organizations intelligence that resumes and interviews cannot provide.

    Where organizational intelligence changes outcomes

From hiring to onboarding to team design, cognitive fit data gives decision-makers a signal they can act on.

    Candidate Vetting

Go beyond skills and credentials. Understand how a candidate processes information, handles ambiguity, and generates value before the first interview.

    Role Alignment

Match candidates to roles based on cognitive demands, not just job titles. Know whether someone is naturally wired for analytical depth, creative synthesis, or mechanical precision.

    Onboarding Intelligence

Start relationships with insight. Understand each new hire's natural strengths and working style before they walk in the door.

    Team Composition

Identify cognitive diversity and complementary profiles across your team so you can build groups that think differently and collaborate effectively.

    Program Participant Fit

For accelerators, fellowships, and cohort programs, evaluate cognitive readiness and alignment before selecting participants.

    Organizational Design

As you scale, understand the cognitive patterns across departments and surface gaps before they become friction.

    How it works

A simple, consent-first process from organization approval to candidate insight.

    1. 01

      Organization requests access

Submit an access request through POP Oi. Our team reviews and approves organizations before any tools are activated. There is no self-serve sign-up, and this is intentional.

    2. 02

      Platform admin approves your organization

Once approved, your organization receives a set of annual assessment credits and an organizational admin account. Credits represent the number of candidate insights your organization can access.

    3. 03

      Your org admin sends invites

The organization admin sends personalized invites to candidates, employees, or program participants. Each invite specifies the relationship type and does not require the recipient to have an existing POP Oi account.

    4. 04

Candidates complete their POP Oi assessment

Invited users complete POP Oi's 36-question cognitive assessment entirely on their own terms. Their full profile always belongs to them, not to your organization.

    5. 05

      User grants consent

The user explicitly chooses to share a limited cognitive report with your organization. Consent is per-organization. Granting access to one org does not affect any other relationship.

    6. 06

      Organization accesses the cognitive report

Your org admin sees a structured report: the user's cognitive archetype, brain profile, natural strengths, work environment fit, and top opportunity alignment. Raw scores, personal messaging, and all other personal data remain private.

    Annual assessment credits

Organization access is structured around an annual credit model. Each credit represents one candidate insight, the cognitive report you receive when a user completes their assessment and grants your organization consent.

Credits are purchased annually and are not consumed until a user both completes their assessment and actively grants your organization access. Declined invites, expired invites, and users who never complete the assessment do not consume credits.

Pricing for annual credit packages is discussed during the organization approval process. Contact us to learn more.

Credits are only consumed when a user completes their assessment AND grants your org consent.

Declined or expired invites do not consume credits.

One credit = one user's cognitive insight report.

Credits are managed by your organization admin.

Platform admin controls credit allocation and refunds.

Unused credits do not roll over without renewal agreement.

    Privacy and consent, by design

POP Oi users own their cognitive profiles. Always. Organizations receive access only to a limited, structured report, and only when the user explicitly grants it.

Consent is revocable. A user can withdraw access at any time. When consent is revoked, organizational access to the report ends immediately. No data is retained by the organization beyond what they have already reviewed.

POP Oi's Social Alli, personal messaging, and connections are entirely separate from the organizational layer. Ally — POP Oi's guide for understanding patterns, fit, and next steps — is also private to the individual. Organizations never see personal activity, social connections, or private profile data.

    Work environment fit
Top opportunity alignment (names and fit tier)

Every organization is reviewed and approved

POP Oi does not offer self-serve organization sign-up. Every organization goes through a manual review before any access is granted. This is intentional: we verify that organizations using our platform are operating in good faith and will treat candidate data with respect.

Organizations found to be violating consent rules or misusing candidate data are suspended immediately.
