    POP Oi is an opportunity intelligence platform that provides cognitive assessments, archetype profiling, and opportunity matching. The service is intended for informational and self-development purposes only. POP Oi does not provide career, financial, legal, or psychological advice.

    Accounts and Registration

    You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. POP Oi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

    Subscriptions and Billing

    Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue through the end of your current billing period. Downgrading from a paid plan removes access to full profile features.

    Intellectual Property

    All content on POP Oi, including the assessment framework, scoring methodology, archetypes, opportunity database, and interface design, is the property of POP Oi and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

    Disclaimer of Warranties

    POP Oi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that results are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Opportunity alignment scores are informational indicators, not guarantees of outcomes.

    Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, POP Oi and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.

    Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of POP Oi after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
